Time Clock™
Time Clock™ defines practicality in today’s workplace. With simple hardware setup and no additional software to install, employees can clock in and out with the swipe of a card, using a Personal Identification Number (PIN), or with the optional biometric PrintReader. With convenient online data management it’s easy to view, edit, and run reports using your web browser. Simplicity and affordability make Time Clock ideal for just about any workforce.
How it works?
Time Clock connects to the Internet through an Analog (standard phone/fax) line for data transmission. Punches are transmitted each night over the phone for online data administration. Because Time Clock does not require a dedicated analog phone line to connect, it’s a practical and simple solution for sending timekeeping data to the web from a wide variety of workplace environments.
Features
Employee Punch Data Collection: Time Clock primarily collects employee punch data through a Personal Identification Number (PIN) or the swipe of a card. Time-Clock can also offer a biometric finger scan for tracking employee punching (sold separately). Users of Time Clock may also be authorized to clock in/out via a web browser and view their time cards online.
Need a simple way to start collecting punches? Time Clock is virtually as easy as it gets. And because Time-Clock can store punches internally, it can be brought on-site to collect wherever a power source is available, from a standard wall mount to a car adapter (sold separately).
